Hypotension vincristine

Three patients, 2 of whom were elderly, are reported (26 ), who were receiving treatment for Hodgkin s disease and developed blood pressures with diastolic levels of less than 55 mm of mercury on standing following courses of MOPP or one of its modifications. Both patients recovered after stopping vincristine, but there was still some degree of postural hypotension and peripheral neuropathy some months later.
