Hydrous Chromia on Hematite

Spindle-like hematite particles were aged in 0.0002 M chrome alum at 85°C for 6 h. Properties SEM image available [1251].

Silica was ultrasonically suspended in 0.005 M Coin) acetate solution containing 0.02 M SDS, and aged for 6 h at 90 C, then the solid particles were water-washed and dried at 50°C.
