Hydrogen Dipyridamole

Urea maybe reacted with acetoacetic ester and that product nitrated to give 5-nitro-orotec acid That is hydrogenated, then reacted with urea and potassium cyanate to give tetrahydroxypy-imidopyrimidine. The tetrahydroxy compound Is converted to the tetrachloro compound POCI3. Reaction with diethanolamine and then with piperidine gives dipyridamole. [Pg.525]

Nakushima et al. determined dipyridamole on the basis of its chemiluminescence intensity after injecting into a carrier stream of triethylamine in acetonitrile (1 mL/min) combined with a stream of bis-(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)oxalate and hydrogen peroxide [47]. [Pg.262]

Zhou et al. developed an HPLC method for the determination of dipyridamole, aspirin, and salicylic acid [67]. The HPLC system consisted of a Lichrospher 5-Cig (4.6 mm x 150 mm) column and a UV detector operated at 227 nm. The mobile phase (eluted at a flow rate of 1 mL/min) was composed of disodium hydrogen phosphate solution(methanol (50 50, pH adjusted to 3 by addition of phosphoric acid). The mean recovery of dipyridamole and aspirin was 100.9-104.1% and 97.01-97.89, respectively. [Pg.269]

IL-10 production after hydrogen peroxide and IPS stimulation and dose-dependently inhibited TNF secretion. The enhanced IL-10 production was not observed when cells were preincubated with adenosine Ai or Aj receptor agonists (E-phenylisopro-pyladenosine, 5 -N-ethylcarboxamide-adenosine, and 2-chloroadenosine) and was not affected by pre-treatment with theophylline, an antagonist of both Ai and Aj receptors, or with dipyridamole, an inhibitor of adenosine cellular uptake (Le Moine et al. 1996). [Pg.267]
