Hybridization probing, DNA

Calculate the proportion of total DNA that hybridizes with the probe (i.e., picograms of hybridized probe DNA divided by picograms of DNA loaded in that slot). If the genome size of the organism is unknown, no further calculations are possible, but useful comparisons among samples can still be made.
