Height of face

In a range of 380 730 m from the open-off cut. Face No. 5305 is threatened by the rock burst which may be induced by coal pillar. Based on the above analysis, the mining height of Face No. 5305 is small, and there is fully mechanized coal mining on one side of full-height at a time. It is unlikely to have burst of high intensity, but there is still a possibility. Face No. 5305 has strong shear zone in both sides of the coal pillar, and the risk zone is shown in Fig. 3(f).
