Hazop of batch plants

When studying a batch plant, the guide words should be applied to the instructions as well as the pipelines. For example, if an instruction says that I ton of A should be charged to a reactor, the hazop team should consider the effects of the following deviations  

DON T CHARGE A CHARGE MORE (OR LESS) A CHARGE AS WELL AS A CHARGE PART OF A (if A is a mixture) CHARGE OTHER THAN A 

REVERSE CHARGE A (That is. can flow occur from the reactor to the A storage vessel [see Section 18.4] )
