Haliclona specie

Randazzo, A., Bifulco, G., Giannini, C., Bucd, M., Debitus, C., Crino, G., and Gomez-Paloma, L. (2001) Halipeltins A and B two novel potent anti-inflammatory cydic depsipeptides from the Vanuatu sponge Haliclona species. /. Am. Chem. Soc., 123,10870-10. [Pg.1116]

Chill, L., Miroz, A., and Kashman, Y. (2000) Halidonyne, a new highly oxygenated polyacetylene from the marine sponge Haliclona species, J. Nat. Prod., 63, 523-526. [Pg.1217]

Manzamine C (40) is characterized by a 2-ethyl-N-azacycloundec-6-ene connected to C-1 of a p-carboline. To date, only two analogs of this type of manzamine have been reported. Manzamine C was obtained from the same species Haliclona sp. that yields manzamine A [37a[. Keramamine C (41) was isolated from an Okinawan marine sponge Amphimedon sp. [18[. [Pg.196]

Tricyclic 3-APs can also be found in haplosclerid sponges. Examples of these compounds are linear niphatoxins (66, 67), Fig. (16) from the sponge Niphates sp., [26], and cyclic viscosamine (68), Fig. (17) from the Arctic species Haliclona viscosa [27]. [Pg.365]

In a similar study reported by the same group of authors, but comprising three Hawaiian sponges, G. fibrosa (the same species as studied before), Haliclona caerulea, and Mycale armata, an overall comparable picture was... [Pg.225]

The acetylenic and polyacetylenic monoalcohols are generally simple molecules, with an average of 20 carbon atoms. More condensed molecules with 46 and 47 carbon atoms are frequent and are probably formed by coupling. A dozen original acetylenic alcohols with 16 carbon atoms and a vinylic chlorine atom were recently isolated from the species Haliclona lunisimilis harvested in San Diego (De Jesus and Faulkner, 2003). Acetylenic derivatives are numerous and only a few of the most recent examples are presented in Figures 19.69 (diols) and 19.70 (triols and polyols). [Pg.1021]

Halidorensin, halidorensins B-C, halitulin and isoha-litulin are original alkaloids isolated from the species Haliclona tulearensis, harvested near Durban, South Africa. [Pg.1062]
