In view of the need to address the latest trends and numerous diversion attempts involving Africa and West Asia, as well as preparations and ephedra, the Project Prism Task Force reconvened in The Hague in September 2006 a meeting with major exporters of ephedrines and proposed a number of activities to be carried out in 2007. 

Secondly, there is an account of a silversmith named Gril, who in the year 1664 at the city of the Hague, converted a pound of lead partly into gold and partly into silver, using a tincture received from a certain John Caspar Knoettner. This projection was made in the presence of many witnesses and Helvetius himself examined the precious metals obtained from the operation.

In a meeting in The Hague (Netherlands), November 1987, ministers responsible for the space affairs of the ESA Member States agreed and voted to develop a new rocket, Ariane 5. Ariane 5 is an ESA program, whieh delegated project management to the CNES Center National d Etudes Spatiales). As such, the CNES Direetorate of Laimehers has been responsible for the developments of Ariane 5.
