Boolean equations represent combinational logic. Boolean equations are best represented using continuous assignment statements. Here is an example of a Gray code to binary code convertor using boolean equations. 

In contrast to the sensor principle described above, there is a solution that uses a Gray code encoding technique in combination with several light barriers, as shown in Fig. 7.11.8. The upper rotating disc carries teeth and gaps encoded as a 6-bit Gray code. All transmitter and receiver elements are assembled in the stator, which forms a set of optical barriers [15].

The reason for using Gray coding will be described just below in the section on mutation. 

In the immune algorithm, the antibody and antigen encoding are binary code, code and character code. There are a few gray coding. Binary search capability, but also has the advantages of simple operation of the cross, variation. Therefore, this paper uses binary coding.

In both cases, it is common to link the output prop>-erty to a digital representation such as Gray code, which is then interpreted by the logic controller of the machine. The specific code value read precisely describes either the position or the rotational speed of the component, and is compared by the controller to the parameters specified in its operating program. Any variance can then be corrected and proper operation maintained. 

Gray code A set of codes having the property of logical adjacency. 

The Gray code representation of the samples shown in Fig. 12.47 is given in the fourth column of Table 12.8.

Gray code A particular binary number representation in which only one bit changes in going from one level to an adjacent level. 

This paper is based on the ideas of papers [1], [2]. It presents the effect of Gray coding on the process of calculating the probability of bits in cross point regions.
