Figure 9.3 shows spectra of glycyl-L-threonine at room temperature (298°K top) and at about 110°K (bottom). The region below 1000 cm is definitely improved at liquid-nitrogen temperature. Several bands observed in this region were not visible in the spectrum recorded at room temperature. [Pg.184]
