So how can we judge the clinical significance of the 1.8-point difference between improvement on antidepressants and improvement on placebos One way is to look at the Hamilton scale and see how a difference of that size could be obtained. There are two common versions of the Hamilton scale a 17-item version and a 21-item version. Fortunately, we do not have to be concerned about differences between these two versions, because only the first 17 items on the 21-item scale are generally scored. So as far as scores are concerned, the 17-item version and the 21-item version are identical.

Note the heavy weighting given to results. The winners of this award generally score in the 700 s. It provides a useful tool for a self-assessment, a benchmarking tool, even if your organization does not want to go to the expense of applying for the award. 

An approach that may be well suited to interpreting schema-based assessment is to use expert knowledge found in expert s responses to test items and to develop a generalized scoring scheme from them. One would have the opportunity here to see how experts use schema knowledge and to look for similar implementations by students. Exact specification of schemas would seem to be critical for this approach. 

For India, there is evidence that men generally scored the products more highly than women in terms of whether they would buy the products, and in contrast to Austria, Indian men thought that the products were more traditional than did women.
