For new managers it is a complicated world that they are entering, in which they must be flexible and able to operate in a variety of environments that are constantly changing. In order to carry the fruits of R D into the marketplace it is essential to work closely and collaboratively with all concerned. There is no point in trying to blame the organisational structure for any problems, it is up to the individuals within a group to get on with the job and resolve any difficulties as they arise using the tools described in this book. 

Clearly, a general theory able to naturally include other solvent modes in order to simulate a dissipative solute dynamics is still lacking. Our aim is not so ambitious, and we believe that an effective working theory, based on a self-consistent set of hypotheses of microscopic nature is still far off. Nevertheless, a mesoscopic approach in which one is not limited to the one-body model, can be very fruitful in providing a fairly accurate description of the experimental data, provided that a clever choice of the reduced set of coordinates is made, and careful analytical and computational treatments of the improved model are attained. In this paper, it is our purpose to consider a description of rotational relaxation in the formal context of a many-body Fokker-Planck-Kramers equation (MFPKE). We shall devote Section I to the analysis of the formal properties of multivariate FPK operators, with particular emphasis on systematic procedures to eliminate the non-essential parts of the collective modes in order to obtain manageable models. Detailed computation of correlation functions is reserved for Section II. A preliminary account of our approach has recently been presented in two Letters which address the specific questions of (1) the Hubbard-Einstein relation in a mesoscopic context [39] and (2) bifurcations in the rotational relaxation of viscous liquids [40]. 

A simple and controllable EFA system, consisting of one electroosmotic pump, five solenoid valves, and one online homemade SPE unit, combined with capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) has been proposed for determination of benzoic and sorbic acid in food products. Tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) was adopted as an ion pair reagent to improve the retention of the preservatives on a Cg column with bonded silica sorbent, which was also used to remove sample matrices. By using the SPE unit, the EFA-SPE-CZE system was able to perform the SPE operation and CZE separation simultaneously. The preservatives were separated and determined under optimized conditions with p-hydroxybenzoic acid as an internal standard. The EFA-SPE-CZE system was verified to improve sample throughput and analytical sensitivity and selectivity through the analysis of benzoic and sorbic acid in three kinds of food products milk beverage, fruit jam, and soy sauce [46].
