From Fluoroalkoxy Tellurium Trifluorides

When fluoroalkoxy tellurium trifluorides and A W-bis[trimethylsilyl]arenesulfonamides were refluxed in benzene, fluorotrimethylsilane and arenesulfonimino fluoroalkoxy tellurium fluorides were formed. 

Benzenesulfonimino 2,2,3,3-Tetrafluoropropoxy Tellurium Fluoride A solution of 9,0 g (30 mmol) of N,N-bis[trimethylsilyl]benzenesulfonamidc in 25 ml of benzene is added dropwise to a stirred solution of 9.5 g (30 mmol) of 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy tellurium trifluoride in 15 m/ of benzene. The mixture is heated under reflux until evolution of fluorotrimethylsilane ceases, the mixture is cooled, the precipitate collected, and recrystallized from benzene yield 9.1 g (70%) m.p. 201° (dec.) 

Similarly prepared were the following tellurium fluorides benzenesulfonimino octafluoropentoxy... yield 93% m.p. 202°
