Recently, Dehlholm et al. (2012) used free multiple sorting in the field of food science. They described a study of nine samples of liver pat and reported a number of different sortings ranging between 3 and 14 per assessor. They also report that using multiple sorting provides more precise results compared to single sorting. [Pg.157]
