Forecast Accuracy Can Be Improved

Without accuracy, optimization becomes a very elusive possibility. It starts with the understanding that better incoming forecasts for those customers that generate 75 to 80% of the business will drive improved decisions throughout the entire organization. 

No effort is going to be effective and receive the support it needs without some documentation of the benefits.
