Fluoride vitro model studies

Interest for lanthanide halogenides (here and hereinafter, fluorides and chlorides are referred to as halogenides) is growing due to problems in the field of nuclear technology. Indeed, some lanthanides (La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, and Gd) are directly part of radioactive wastes (RAWs) (Baluev et al., 2000).
