Fixed beds unstable displacement

Duhamel s Theorem can be used in conjunction with experimental (1 - S) versus B correlations for single fixed beds to develop (1 - St,) versus 9 equations which predict the replicating nature of Y and for the fixed beds in diffusion betteries. These equations may possibly also account for the average efforts produced by unstable displacement. If Du ha mat s Theorem can be validly applied when such dbplacemert uccars. the equations may also provide an adequate basis for accurately predicting diffusion bettery yields.
