Ferrous thio-antimonite

Ferrous thio-antimonite, 3FeS.Sb2S3, or Fe8Sb2S6, is obtained on precipitation of a ferrous salt with potassium thio-antimonite (see p. 194). [Pg.135]

Ferrous thio-antimonite, Fe3Sb2S6 or 3FeS.Sb2S3, is obtained by precipitation from a solution of a soluble ferrous salt with a dilute solution of potassium thio-antimomte.2 It is readily oxidised, and always contains potassium if prepared from concentrated solutions. [Pg.194]
