As in the case of single-walled nanotubes, a comparison of the tribological performances of multiwalled nanotubes with catalytic particles or without catalytic particles was performed. Figure 3.62 presents results obtained with MWNTs and Fe-MWNTs. The reduction of friction with Fe-MWNTs is very low compared with MWNTs. In the same way, a very low reduction of wear occurs with Fe-MWNTs (Figure 3.63). [Pg.133]
