EXPERIMENTAL TECHNIQUES AND FIA EXERCISES

The first part of this chapter deals with practical details of preparing a FIA apparatus for analysis the second part deals with six colorimetric exercises, four of which have for several years been part of an undergraduate laboratory course in instrumental analysis at our department [59] (in this reference, applications of the exercises on practical problems are detailed). The third part of the chapter contains a brief description of a method for diagnosing the types of errors and malfunctions most frequently encountered in practical work with FIA systems. [Pg.297]
