Tsonopoulos (1974 1975) proposed the following Pitzer-type expression for the estimation of second virial coefficients of nonpolar compounds  [Pg.257]

A simpler expression is given by Abbott in Smith and Van Ness (1975)  [Pg.257]

Calculate B values, using these two expressions, for n-butane (nC4) from 250 K [Pg.257]
