Emergency Preparedness and Response Training

Think carefuUy about the makeup of the course participants. Should they be only managers Should they be only engineers or production-line employees Should the course be for line supervisors  

There are advantages to mixing up the group a little. It gets together groups that traditionally do not talk to each other, and perhaps they can learn something from each other. 

The downside is that the type of safety information needed for the different groups could be vastly different
