Spectra were acquired and processed by the Kratos Vision 2000 software package. Quantitative analyses, based on peak area intensity, were done by using the experimentally determined photoionisation cross-section data of Evans et al. [19] and asymmetry parameters of Reilman et al. [20]. The inelastic mean-free-path values of the photoelectrons were calculated by the TPP-2 formula using the NIST electron inelastic-mean-free-path database program [21]. [Pg.128]
