Follow the manufacturer s instructions to set up the equipment. Become familiar with all plumbing and electrical components. It is particularly important to become knowledgeable about the programming capabilities of the unit. Start the circulating chiller, fill the gel box with buffer (for volume, see below), and circulate the buffer by starting the pump.
