Efficiency of Energy and Mass

In thin-film production, the expenses of consumption of energy and material are important factors. For efficiency of energy usage, its effectivity is generally used as a standard. 

It is interesting and frequently commercially significant to know the amount of material of the evaporant which is lost because it condenses on the walls of the plant or on correcting shields. The efficiency of the evaporated material is deter-
