Effects of phosgene on invertebrates

The toxic action of phosgene on a variety of invertebrates is summarized in Table 2.9 [1493]. In every case tested, phosgene is less effective as a pesticide than hydrogen cyanide [Pg.97]

Phosgene has been tested as a rabbit fumigant [768] and was found to be very toxic, not only because of its direct effects, but also because it induces secondary infection. [Pg.97]
