Picrotoxin at 10 pM reduced the GABA response in the stretch receptor neuron (Fig. 2) and the dactyl abductor muscle. The muscle response was also slightly reduced by 0.5 mM bicuculline (Fig. 4), but this had no effect on the stretch receptor.
