Dual display

Now choose the File Manager option in the ID WIN-NMR File pull-down menu which will show the 1D WIN-NMR application window and the WINDOWS file manager window in a dual display mode (Fig. 4.6). In the directory D NMRDATA GLUCOSE 1D H GH check that there is a new entry for the 1D proton spectrum stored above. [Pg.87]

With this dual display still on the screen select in the file manager window the ID carbon spectrum D NMRDATA GLUCOSE 1D C GC 001999.1R and use the drag and drop method to move it directly and most conveniently into the 1D WIN-NMR application window. [Pg.88]

Load the reference spectrum D NI /IRDATA GLUCOSE 1D H GHNO 1D 008999.IR from the NOE data for glucose. From the Display pull-down menu choose the Dual Display option and select the NOE-difference spectrum 007999.1 R in the same directory. [Pg.93]

Both 1D H spectra of glucose are now stored as calibrated files. Use the dual display to investigate both spectra and to check the identical calibration. [Pg.97]

Depending on which display mode ID, Dual Display, Multi Display) has been selected, different dialog boxes for Page Layout appear on screen ... [Pg.112]

Load the raw data of the ID H experiment measured for peracetylated glucose D NMRDATA GLUCOSE 1D H GH 002001.FID and perform a Fourier transformation. Use either the FT button in the button panel or from the Process pull-down menu choose the FT option. In the DC Correction dialog box click on the No button. Note that the calculated spectrum is incorrectly phased. Use the dual display option to compare this spectrum, showing the ring protons, with the correctly phased spectrum D NMRDATA GLUCOSE 1 D H GH 002999.l R. Exit the dual display and from the Process pull-down menu choose the Phase Correction option. The... [Pg.158]

Adding or subtracting FIDs is only possible with 1D WIN-NMR and is accomplished with the File Algebra option in the Process pull-down menu. A dialog box allows you to select the second file and to specify whether FIDs or spectra should be added/subtracted. At the same time the screen is horizontally split into three regions with the original spectrum at the top, the second spectrum in the middle and the result of the arithmetic operation at the bottom. A new button panel appears where several specific options are available (Fig. 5.27). In contrast to the Dual Display function, available in the Display pull-down menu and discussed in chapter 4, more options exist with File Algebra, i.e. to store the result or to move one of the traces with respect to the other. Use the Help tool for more information. [Pg.198]

Load the configuration file ch3221.cfg (File I Experiment Setup Load from file...)- Open the NMR-Sim settings dialog box (Options I NMR-Sim settings...) and select the option Relaxation Acquisition. Run the simulation (Go I Run experiment). Apply an exponential window function (Window button) but no DC correction. Fourier transform the FID (FT button). (The effects of window functions are explained in section 3.2.3). Save the spectrum (FilelSave) for comparison with the second calculation. For the second simulation select the option Relaxation None and run the simulation saving the file with a new name. Process the data in exactly the same way as for the first simulation (Window and then the FT button) and compare the two spectra using the dual display mode of 1D WIN-NMR (DisplayIDual Display) (see section 3.2.3.4). [Pg.69]

When the Dual Display mode is started the Select the Second File dialog box opens where the filename for the second spectrum is entered in the Filename field or else selected from the standard Windows search pathway. The spectrum originally in the display window when the Dual Display mode is started is labelled the first trace. Once the second trace has been selected there are two possible display modes. The default... [Pg.87]

Prior to running the simulation check the experiment parameters d2 3.57m, NdO 2, gpz1 50, gpz2 30,gpz3 40. After processing the data, extract the same row as previously. In 1D WIN-NMR compare both rows using the Dual Display mode. Check the values of iJC 3C, 1H) and 1H) with... [Pg.344]

The control station hardware consists of a PC with dual display monitors, a USB joystick, a wireless Ethernet access point, a USB keyboard as well as a USB mouse. For each robot in the collective, a wireless video receiver and a video capture device are also required at the control station. [Pg.175]
