Double Block and Bleed with Blind

LEVEL 6—DOUBLE BLOCK AND BLEED WITH BLIND 

This system adds a layer of protection to the standard block and bleed. Were any materials to travel through the closed block valves, the workers would still be protected by the presence of the blind.
