Dopa-induced dyskinesis

D-TR, 5HT-TR (T D-REL, T 5HT-REL) [ T synaptic D 5HT anti-dyskinetic (i.e. with Parkinson L-DOPA-induced dyskinesis), induces hyperactivity, CNS stimulant, neurotoxic, memory impairment]... 

Long-term treatment of Parkinson patients with L-Dopa exhibits L-Dopa-induced dyskinesis in some patients, which could be caused by genetic polymorphisms among patients. Therefore, pharmacogenetic studies may provide an explanation of neuronal plasticity among Parkinson patients [90].
