Domino reactions transition-metal-catalysed

Catalytic domino reactions are very attractive, especially those which use transition-metal-catalysed transformations. Thus, an increasing number of domino processes starting with such a reaction have been published in recent years. In particular, a wide range of palladium-catalysed domino processes have been used. [Pg.282]

In transition-metal-catalysed domino reactions, often more than one catalyst is employed. In Tietze s definition and classification of domino reactions, no differentiation is made between domino reactions, whether it is just one or more than one transition-metal catalyst... [Pg.283]

In domino transition-metal-catalysed processes, cross-coupling reactions can also be nsed as the starting transformation. Most often, Suzuki, Stille and Sonogashira reactions are employed in this context. They can be combined with a Mizoroki-Heck reaction and other palladium-catalysed transformations. [Pg.318]
