Seasonal Cycles of Dissolved Methane in the Southeastern Bering Sea... 

Distributions of dissolved methane in the southeastern Bering Sea were made in 1975-76 and again 1980-81. These observations show large seasonal and inter-annual variations that appear to be related to the magnitude and timing of primary production.

Methane September. 1975 and July. 1976. Concentrations of dissolved methane also were measured ih the southeastern Bering Sea in the fall of 1975 and again during the following summer. These observations are shown for both surface and near-bottom waters in Figures (7a,b, and 8a,b).
