DPT or l,5 endo-Methylene-3,7-dinitro-l,3,5,7 tetrazacyclooctane or Dinitropentamethylene tetramine... [Pg.394]

CA name, 3,7-Dinitro-l,3,5,7-tetraarabicyclo [3.3.1]-nonane. Code named DPT or DNPT, which,is abbrn of Dinitropentamethylene-tetramine. [Pg.750]

Dinitropentamethylene tetramine (DNPT). Dinitropentamethylene tetramine is one of the most widely used CBAs for foamed rubber. Its use is limited in plastics because of its high decomposition temperature and the unpleasant odor of its residue. DNPT is a fine yellow powder that decomposes between 266 and 374°F, producing mainly nitrogen and a solid white residue. [Pg.263]
