Diethylaminosulfiir trifluoride

Other reagents, such as sulfuryl chloride [60], the Vilsmeier-Haack reagent [(Me2N+= CHX)X ] [61] and, more recently, diethylaminosulfiir trifluoride (DAST) [11-13] are useful for the direct replacement of hydroxy groups by halogen atoms.
