Dicopper paddlewheel SBUs

HKUST-1 is one of the most widely studied MOF structures. It is composed of dicopper paddlewheel SBUs and carboxylate organic linker 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate (btc). Self-assembly of the dicopper tetracarboxylate SBUs generates a network with fourfold symmetric nanochannels viewed from the [100] direction.
