Diazepino-quinazolines

Compounds belonging to the title compounds (678) were prepared by cyclodehydration of 1 -substituted-2-(4-hydroxybutyl)aminoquinazolin-4-ones (677) (73SZP532068). Cyclocondensation of the isatoic anhydride with the 2-methylthio-l,3-diazepine 679 gave the l,3-diazepino[2,l-6] quinazoline 680 [70GEP(O)2025248]. [Pg.119]

Reaction of trithioisatoic anhydride with 1,4-diaminobutane gave the title compound 681 (73ZC428). 1,3-Diazepino-quinazolines possess tran-quilizing and bronchodilating properties (73SZP532068). [Pg.120]
