Modafinil reduces triazolam levels. It may therefore also affect the metabolism of other similarly metabolised benzodiazepines such as alprazolam and midazolam. Conversely, modafinil might increase diazepam levels. 

Conversely, modafinil inhibits the cytochrome P450 isoenzyme CYP2C19. The manufacturers therefore predict that the elimination of diazepam, which is metabolised by this isoenzyme, may be reduced. They suggest that a dosage reduction may be necessary on concurrent use. ...
