Detoxification by dialysis

Procedures are given for two different methods detoxification by dialysis and detoxification by gel filtration. 

Store in distilled water with 10% acetic acid at 4°C. 

Make two knots in one end of the dialysis tubing and boil it in distilled water for 2 h. Cool before use. All work from this stage should be sterile. 

Remove the cell-free medium from the cell culture, leaving a minimum amount of medium for the cells to survive for approximately 2 h. If the cells are not
