Determining the Initial Population

Step 1 According to the restrictions, we give an area which contains the initial optimized solution, in which the restrictions (6.9)-(6-ll), (6.13)-(6.22) are satisfied

Step 3 Use the well-trained neural network to validate whether the created initial chromosome satisfies all the restrictions. If the restrictions are satisfied, turn to the Step 4. If not, return to Step 2  

Step 4 Repeat from Step 2 to Step 3 for pop size times to get the initial population.
