Determination of chlorophylls in miscellaneous matrices

Chlorophyll content ( S.D.) of four fresh and immediately frozen green leafy vegetables.

The main recovery of the IS was 100 12 per cent and the r values of the calibration curve were always over 0.9993. It can be concluded from the data that the method allows the reliable determination of chlorophylls and related compounds in various plant materials [303].
