Design of the In-Situ, Variable-Temperature EPR Spectroelectrochemical Cell

1 Design of the In-Situ, Variable-Temperature EPR Spectroelectrochemical Cell [Pg.208]

the desire was to design a narrow, robust, easily cleaned, flat cell in which the pathlength is short enough such that microwave absorption is minimal. The cell was also required to be spacious enough such that the three electrodes for electrogeneration could be incorporated. [Pg.208]

Variable-temperature work was carried out using a Bruker ER 4111 VT unit. EPR spectra were recorded on an X-band Bruker ER 200 D spectrometer using EPR acquisition system version 2.42 software. All EPR spectra were corrected for DPPH, g = 2.0036 0.0003. EPR solution spectra were simulated using WIN-EPR Simfonia software and frozen glass spectra by the EPR service in Manchester. Spectroelectrochemical electron-transfer reactions were initiated using a BAS CV-27 voltammograph potentiostat. [Pg.208]
