Deoxyribonuclease antibodies

Maa et al. [3.84] used spray drying and spray freeze-drying (see Chapter 5, [5.13, 5.14]) to produce protein powders for inhalation from deoxyribonuclease (rhDNase) and anti-IgE monoclonal antibody (anti-IgE Mab) with lactose as carrier. Spray freezedrying produced light and porous protein particles with superior aerosol performance. [Pg.306]

Anti-(human parotid a-amylase) and anti-(bovine-spleen deoxyribonuclease II) antibodies have been bound to various types of glass bead and challenged with human-parotid or pancreatic a-amylases or with deoxyribonuclease II, respectively. Although the beads in a column bound these enzymes, the amounts of the enzymes recovered from the beads were not quantitative and were extremely variable. U.v.-active material was also eluted. The bound anti-(a-amylase) antibody was used to form an active insoluble derivative of the homologous antigen. [Pg.445]
