A series of dinitrophenylated amino-acids was studied in biphasic systems based on 1-decyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate and l-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate at slightly basic conditions fixed at 7.4 using sodium phosphate buffer (Rodriguez et al., 2007).
