Insulin Cyclophosphamide

Acute hypoglycaemia has been described in 2 diabetic patients receiving insulin and carbutamide who were also given cyclophosphamide. Three cases of diabetes, apparently induced by the use of cyclophosphamide, have also been reported. The reasons are not understood.
