Custom Age 625 Plus

Custom Age 625 is a trademark of Carpenter Technology. It is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-based alloy that, in many environments, displays corrosion resistance similar to that of alloy 625 and superior to that of alloy 718. The chemical composition is given in Table 15.9. [Pg.257]

Compatibility of Alloy 600 and Alloy 625 with Selected Corrodents [Pg.258]

The chemicals listed are in the pure state or in a saturated solution unless otherwise indicated. Compatibility is shown to the maximum allowable temperature for which data are available. Incompatibility is shown by an X. When compatible, corrosion rate is 20 mpy. [Pg.261]
