Oleoresin Cubeb

Oleoresin Cubeb Obtained by the solvent extraction of the dried fruit of Piper cubeba L. (Fam. Piperaceae) as a green or green-brown liquid. 

Cubebffi Oleoresina (oleoresin of cubeb) Diuretic, stimulant, and carminative (expulsion of flatus). 

Cubeb, cubebs The dried, unrioe nearly full-grown fruit of Piper cubebe, which IS crushed and smoked in cigarettes for asthma and from which there IS preoared an oleoresin used in the treatment of gonorrhea and nasal catarrh. 

Oleoresin of Cubebs. Moderately press 12 troy ounces cubebs in fine powder into a cylindrical percolator, and treat by the some process as the capsicum in the last formula. ( U. S, Ph),...
