At the indicated range of temperature the amorphous films crystallize by nucleation and growth of colonies of about SOfim in diameter. The growth velocity is constant at a fixed temperature and increases exponentially with temperature. The colony (Fig.l) consists of a polycrystalline Ge core forming a Dense Branching Morphology embedded in single crystalline Al. [Pg.141]
