The problem of controlled spontaneous decay of the excited nucleus or atom states is one of the most interesting in nuclear physics and nuclear technology. There are many very important possible applications of controlled decay. First of all this problem is connected with the global problem of accelerated utilization of long-lived gamma radioactive waste. 

In above sections, the phenomenon of controlled decay was studied by two indirect methods (a) investigation of changing of a spectral width of the emitted gamma radiation at presence of resonant screen [12] and (b) investigation the phenomena of increasing the intensity spontaneous gamma radiation in a solid angle nonblocked by resonant screen [13].
