Contribution of Hindered Rotations

In this work, a truncated Fourier series is used to represent the torsional potential calculated at the discrete torsional angles. 

The values of the coefficients (a a, and Z ,) are calculated to provide the minimum and maximum of the torsional potentials with allowance of shift of the theoretical extreme angular positions.
