Commitment and Employee Participation

The success of training depends on the level of commitment from management, supervisors, and employees. Some questions that should be considered before designing and implementing a training program include the following  

Establish research design Identify experimental structure 

Select sample Develop additional evaluating tool 

Measurement impact of training Diffusion of training material 

You must make sure that all employees understand the hazards to which they may be exposed and how to prevent harm to themselves and others, so that employees accept and follow established safety rules. So that managers and supervisors will carry out their safety responsibilities effectively, make sure that they understand those responsibilities and the reasons for them. Refer to Chapter 8 for assigning responsibilities.
